The Gettysburg-Adams County Historic Architectural Salvage Warehouse will be open Saturday, June 4 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The warehouse is located at Daniel Lady Farm, 986 Hanover Road (State Road 116), Gettysburg.

The South Mountain Audubon Society has been invited to walk the grounds of Cedar Woods Farms, 141 Plum Run Road, near New Oxford on Saturday June 11. Various habitats here include mature forest, lowlands beside a stream, a pond, and field grasses. The path is flat. Hiking shoes and insect and tick repellent are recommended. The group will meet at 8 a.m. Someone will be standing along the road to direct people to the grassy parking area. This walk is free and open to the public. The local chapter of RU Recovery Ministries meets at 7 p.m. every Friday at Lighthouse Baptist Church, 80 Apple Ave., Gettysburg. RU is a faith-based addiction recovery program. Whether you or someone you know is having difficulty, you are welcome. There are no fees, commitments or prerequisites to attend. There is daycare and children’s programs run by licensed staff. The Adams County Farmer’s Market, 108 N. Stratton St., Gettysburg, is open Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. through October with free parking accessible from North Stratton Street.

The Last Healthy Adams County Spring Walk Fitness Task Force will be held Wednesday, June 8 at Hundredfold Farm, 1400 Evergreen Way, Orrtanna. Walk on gravel roads and around the adjacent Halbrendt vineyards. The tasting room will be open from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. The walk is two miles, gravelled, hilly, somewhat shaded. Walking time is 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.; the walks are free and open to all, rain or shine, except in case of bad weather. Dogs on a leash are welcome. Greenmount Fire Company, 3095 Emmitsburg Road, Gettysburg, will host its annual Father’s Day all-you-can-eat breakfast on Sunday, June 19, from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. The menu consists of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, home fried potatoes, biscuits and gravy. , assorted muffins, orange juice, apple juice, milk and coffee. The cost is $12; children 6-12 are $6; and kids under 6 eat free.
