Adrian – Evelyn “Lorraine” Lolley, 90, from Adrian, Michigan, visited her new home in Heaven on Monday, December 27, 2021 at Lenawee Medical Care after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. She was born March 30, 1931 in Iron Mountain, MI, to Phillip and Rikka (Josephson) Case. Lorraine moved to Adrian when she was a child and graduated from Adrian High School. In 1949, she married Calvin Lolley and they celebrated their 72nd birthday in June of that year. Lorraine has been a housewife and caregiver for her family members for most of her life. She was always ready to help anyone who needed it. She was very musical and loved to listen and play the piano, sing gospel songs and always had a song in her heart. She was an excellent baker; his apple pies have always been a hit with his family and his church family. She was a long-time member of the Adrian Church of Christ. Lorraine is survived by her husband, Calvin Lolley, her children Katherine “Kathy” Lolley, David (Naomi) Lolley, her grandchildren Jolene, Drake and Jonathan Lolley, her great-grandchildren Jaeden, Michael and Mordecai, several nieces , nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents; siblings Violet Baldrica, Conrad Case, Warren Case and Phillip “Glenn” Case. A memorial service for Lorraine will be held at the Adrian Church of Christ on Saturday January 8, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. last five years. Contributions in honor of Lorraine can be made to the Lenawee Health Care Facility, Lenawee Hospice, or the Adrian Church of Christ.
