Jit case of Cain Velasquezthe former mixed martial arts fighter, deprived of his liberty since March for shooting at the vehicle where Harry Goulartehis mother and stepfather were on a trip, could take a turn.

On behalf of his 4-year-old son, Velasquez’s lawyers filed a complaint against Harry Goularte, who allegedly abused the little boy between 2021 and 2022.

Heartbreaking argument

The document addressed to the California authorities is signed by a person who identifies himself only as the guardian of “CV, Jr.” and the text specifies that “on numerous occasions”, Goularte “sexually abused, molested, touched and harassed CV”.

It should be mentioned that the alleged rapist has already been charged with a lewd and lascivious act for allegedly molesting the child. However, he managed to get rid of the charges and thanks to a judge’s order, he was freed, while the weight of the law fell on Cain Velasquez for trying to take justice into his own hands.

What little is known about Harry Goularte is that he was an employee of Patty’s Childcare in San Martin, California, and apparently cared for the little boy.

Punishment for everyone involved

In a copy of the lawsuit obtained by TMZ Sports, the outlet notes that Goularte’s mother and stepfather are also included in the complaint because they owned and operated the facility where several children arrived daily for care while their parents were at work.

In this sense, the members of the Goularte family are accused because they “favoured, maintained and allowed their assistants to be victims of sexual abuse by Harry”.

Now when the whole scandal emerged they said that although he lives in an area of the daycare Harry Goularte was not one of the employees and was unaware of his twenties of enrolled children.

It should be noted that no one other than Cain Velasquez’s family has come forward to report that their children were abused at Patty’s Childcare.
